- One time prescribe service charges of warehouse will be 100 dollars
- Participants have to affix our prescribed label with all the required information of the material on the each box of cargo
- The inspection department of the warehouse is only authorized to make goods delivery notes, it will be according to dimension, weight and quality of the goods. Inspection department Will make estimated pre invoice for the cargo payment to the concerning service providing agency.
- Inspection department of warehouse is not authorized to receive the cargo without formal commercial invoice and packing list in a prescribed format and with an authentic certificate of origin
- Inspection department of warehouse will accept the custom friendly packaging only
- Goods will only be accepted in the warehouse with complete documents and payment proof after clearance of inspection department
- No perishable goods or custom prohibited goods and food product will be enter tined for cargo services
- The participants will be responsible for all damages due to miss declaration to inspection department of warehouse
- The agency are only the service provider to event not the beneficiary that is why whatever the declaration furnished by the participants and same participant will be responsible for every losses with immediate effect due to miss declaration
- Participants has to inform followings before he confirms the cargo delivery to the shipping line
- Declared commercial value as per market survey and standards it will make cross tally with invoice and packing list
- There may be some unexpected charges like handling, additional custom duty,
documentation, port transport, demurrages , detentions or any professional charges paid to the authorized person of the organizers then and there to receive un interrupted delivery - Once goods detained due to any wrong or under value declaration by the participants will be not considered in same date of delivery of cargo , it may impose an additional with a prescribed fees of 100 USD & has to pay to custom and government authorized valueer for the certification for the further delivery

4) Duty and taxes
- Custom duty 6% (subject to value of shipment)
- Local tax (IVA 19% (CIF PLUS CUSTOM ESTIMATE AND SUBJECT TO VALUE ADJUSTMENT )
- Perception / import ID charges 10% ( CIF plus custom estimate plus local tax (iva))
